We use the information you provide as a part of the whistleblower system for the purpose of verifying and documenting reports and for internal investigations. This includes passing on the information to external lawyers, auditors or other professionals who are bound to secrecy by professional law, as well as to affected group companies. If necessary, the information received is passed on to government agencies such as the police, public prosecutor's office or courts for the initiation of further measures. 
We assure all whistleblowers that the information will be handled confidentially. 
The legal basis is the fulfillment of legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c DS-GVO.
