Welcome to the aluplast GmbH whistleblower reporting system
Compliance with laws and codes of conduct is an important corporate objective of aluplast. We would like to promote a transparent corporate culture, in order to be able to identify and minimise problems and menaces within the organisation at an early stage by introducing this “whistleblowing” system. 
This would provide all employees and business partners a confidential and internal reporting channel for submitting information on compliance violations at aluplast. We attach great importance to confidentiality in dealing with the whistleblowers and those affected. Whistleblowers subsequently receive the most comprehensive information possible on how their report will be handled. Firstly, whistleblowers receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days. Furthermore, whistleblowers will receive the results of any investigations as well as an explanation of the follow-up measures planned and taken within a reasonable period - at the latest three months after receipt of the hint.

What you can do to protect yourself

  • You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
  • You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
  • You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
